Washboard Falls
Washboard Falls is a 5 metre high classical cascade waterfall found in the Tiffany Falls Conservation Area in Ancaster, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title =Hamilton- Waterfall Capital of the World )〕 Found 100 metres upstream from Tiffany Falls. Nearby attractions include the Dundas Valley Conservation Area, Hermitage Ruins, Griffin House, Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum, Royal Botanical Gardens, Dundurn Castle.

Difficult to access. Found on the Hamilton Conservation Authority lands. You could access this waterfall by going through private property (by getting permission from the owners) or by scaling the relatively steep hill to the left of Tiffany Falls itself. Proper hiking boots and equipment recommended for the trek.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title =Hamilton Nature: Washboard Falls )〕 Some refer to this waterfall as being on private property but, according to the City of Waterfalls, "...it is located on Hamilton Conservation Authority lands, but the only way to reach it - without going onto private property- is to climb the steep hill to the left of Tiffany Falls and follow the creek upstream for 100 metres. This climb is very dangerous and should be attempted only by those who have proper hiking equipment." 〔http://cityofwaterfalls.ca/washboard_falls.html〕 The fact that the waterfall is on HCA lands is confirmed on the Hamilton Conservation Authority website.〔http://www.conservationhamilton.com/waterfalls〕 It is not recommended that any visit this waterfall at this time at the climb can be quite treacherous.
